About Us

Trinity Counseling was incorporated in July 2000 as a non-profit 501(c) 3
organization. Founder, Fr. Don Richards responded to a vital need for healing
and counseling in Birmingham and surrounding localities. We see a chance to
help churches, civic groups, business owners, families and individuals change
the face of their society. We see this happening not by just word but by end
through, empowering people, utilizing Christ-Centered training and
counseling to be the very best that God intended.

Trinity Counseling is an organization of qualified Christian Professionals
governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that advocate and foster positive
growth and development in individuals, families and organizations. We
encourage growth by embracing the spiritual, psychological, social and physical
needs of the person. Counseling and program services draw upon the time-
honored methods and practices of Religion, Psychology and Human Relationships.
We bring the business of healing to young and old through individual, family,
couple or relational-based therapy and counseling. Our art is to blend knowledge
and resources to help individuals, families, local churches, civic groups and
businesses, to express their full potential through the power of God
in the greater community.
